organic canadian oats
When soaked in warm water, oats become soft and produce a rich, soothing milk. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of oatmeal help treat itching due to dry, irritated skin.
organic coconut oil
Full of Vitamin E, it provides antioxidants, moisturizes, minimizes the signs of aging, boosts nutrients and helps to protect skin. Because it is full of fatty acids, coconut oil acts as a barrier, keeping moisture locked in.
organic agave nectar
Packed with vitamins B1, B2, C, D, K and provitamin A, agave has antiseptic, healing, and anti-inflammatory abilities that help revitalize the skin. This nutrient-rich ingredient is easily absorbed into your skin.
fair trade organic cocoa butter
Naturally rich in antioxidants and vitamin E, this butter is great for healing dry, cracked skin. Its fatty acids help to hydrate and form a protective barrier to hold in moisture.
canadian glacial mountain water
Water is an essential part of the skin’s natural protective barrier and in our skincare, as it aids in the absorption of other ingredients into the skin.
organic, palm-free, vegetable glycerin
Vegetable glycerin attracts and locks moisture into the skin, thereby softening and soothing the complexion. This gentle ingredient contains a high moisture content to prevent the skin’s dehydration.
Many of us have heard the expression “the fresher the better”, and we believe there are no exceptions when it comes to what you put on your body. Fresh skincare makes sense in the same way that fresh food does; it’s more beneficial, more nutritious, and it doesn’t require harsh preservatives.
That’s why we produce small, made-to-order batches - in fact, we don’t even think about starting your batch until you’ve hit that check out button. Your batch arrives to you stamped with the date it was crafted and the date it is best indulged in by. Made-to-order is the foundational cornerstone of what we do at batch.
When it comes to your skin, we respect that it is the largest living organ in your body. That’s why we only use certified organic ingredients. It is important to us that the ingredients we choose are kind to your skin, to your body, and to the planet. No harmful footprints to be left behind - anywhere.
Beginning with the growers we source from, to our kitchens and workspaces, to our community (that’s you!) - we strive to create an environment that is safe, respectful, fair, and inclusive. To us, that means looking for equitable and sustainable solutions, each and every step of the way.

frequently asked questions
How does made-to-order work?
We begin making your products the day after your order is placed. Allow 2 days for us to hand make and package your fresh batch. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive a confirmation email associated with your ORDER #. Click on the track order button for updated delivery information.
Do I have to keep my product refrigerated? Can I travel with my fresh batch?
Allthrough recommended, you do not need to keep your fresh batch in the fridge for it to remain safe and effective. If stored outside the fridge, it should be kept in a dry place at standard room temperature (20°C, or 68 degrees Fahrenheit), or below.
What is the shelf life of your product?
All of our body creams have a 6 month shelf life. You will see a date upon which the product was created and when to indulge by on the lid of your pot.
How do I know if your products are safe?
We ensure that all our products are safe for use through testing that is done by an accredited laboratory. Our finished products undergo shelf-life testing at both fridge temperature (<10 Degree Celsius) and average room temperature (~ 22 Degree Celsius). The specific tests that we run are called USP <61> + USP <62> to determine the presence and growth of microorganisms. Our product testing results fall well below the acceptance limits defined by Health Canada and the FDA, therefore ensuring that our products are safe for use throughout their 6-month shelf-life.
