NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED?

While we are confident that you'll love every fresh batch that you purchase from us, we know that from time to time things can happen that impact a customer’s experience. If for some reason, this batch doesn’t meet your expectations, we invite you to take a look at the following options and see which applies to you and how we can help make things right. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the unfortunate event that your product was damaged in transit, please email info@batchskincare.com with a photo and we will replace the product as soon as possible, at no cost to you. 

MISSING ITEM/WRONG ITEM:
If you are missing an item or have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@batchskincare.com. Please be sure to include your order number, and a member of our customer service team will reach out and get this sorted as soon as possible.

CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER:
If you have not yet received a shipping notification, we will be able to cancel, change your order, or correct the shipping address. Reach out to info@batchskincare.com with your order number and request as soon as possible, and we will cancel or change the order for you.

UNHAPPY WITH YOUR FRESH BATCH:
If you aren't satisfied with your product for any reason, we will certainly refund the purchase price of the item(s), using the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund your original shipping charges, but hopefully you love your batch and never have to worry about that ;)
