How does made-to-order work?

We begin making your products the day after your order is placed.  Allow 2 days for us to hand make and package your fresh batch.  You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive a confirmation email associated with your ORDER #.  Click on the track order button for updated delivery information.

Do I have to keep my product refrigerated? Can I travel with my fresh batch?

Allthrough recommended, you do not need to keep your fresh batch in the fridge for it to remain safe and effective.  If stored outside the fridge, it should be kept in a dry place at standard room temperature (20°C, or 68 degrees Fahrenheit), or below.

What is the shelf life of your product?

All of our body creams have a 6 month shelf life.  You will see a date upon which the product was created and when to indulge by on the lid of your pot.

How do I know if your products are safe?

We ensure that all our products are safe for use through testing that is done by an accredited laboratory.  Our finished products undergo shelf-life testing at both fridge temperature (<10 Degree Celsius) and average room temperature (~ 22 Degree Celsius).  The specific tests that we run are called USP <61> + USP <62> to determine the presence and growth of microorganisms.   Our product testing results fall well below the acceptance limits defined by Health Canada and the FDA, therefore ensuring that our products are safe for use throughout their 6-month shelf-life.
